Up Your Results LLC is dedicated to improving the results obtained by individuals and the organizations in which they work. Training and/or coaching is available on a variety of topics. Primary focus for training is in the areas of Employee Discipline in an Education Environment, Emotional Intelligence and 360 Degree Emotional Competence Assessment. In addition, workshops and assistance are available on many topics, including but not limited to Public Engagement, Policy Analysis, 360 Degree Assessment, and Levy/Referendum Planning.
Rick Fenton, owner of Up Your Results LLC, provides engaging and useful workshop/training experiences for participants. Rick served as a school superintendent for 16 years in two states, and as a public school administrator (high school principal and assistant principal, Director of Human Resources) for 30 of the 33 years he served public education. He has been recognized as a Martha Holden Jennings Scholar, and as 2006 Ohio Superintendent of the Year. Rick is certified to provide training in Employee Discipline in an Education Environment, Emotional Intelligence, and certified to administer and interpret the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI) 360 Degree Assessment.
